How To: Choose Foundation

Hello Beauties,

When picking foundation there are 3 main types to choose from :

Whipped, Liquid, and Powder, but, how do you choose the right type for your skin?

Let's start with 

whipped:

Whipped foundations are one of the most popular choices amongst general consumers.  These foundations create a soft air brushed feel that won't dry out your skin.  This type is best for regular and sensitive skin types.

My Pick - Maybelline dream matte mousse foundation

Liquid:

This type of foundation gives a smooth finish that allows you to choose the type of coverage you want (full, medium, or sheer).  This foundation works best for dry skin types that require a little extra moisture.

My Pick - Gosh X-ceptional wear foundation

Powder:

Powder foundation gives a sheer, matte finish and works best for oily skin types.  The powder will help to absorb extra oils, and reduce shine. 

My Pick - Bare Minerals Matte Loose Powder Foundation

Always remember that all makeup selection should boil down to what you are most comfortable wearing.
